      Description

      We are now offering an item that has been unavailable for many years. These are a new reproduction brass ring that replaces the original synchronizer ring in 1937-1954 Chevy 3-speed transmissions. This repair part was not offered by GM but was available from aftermarket companies. Use of these rings can save a very expensive and hard to find syncronizing drum. Each ring must be pressed into the original synchronizer housing after removing the original ring. Two are required per transmission. It is recommended that both rings are replaced when the transmission is being overhauled.
