BROTHERS STANDARD PINE BED WOOD KIT This complete set comes with Pre-Drilled Pine Wood, Steel strips and Zinc Coated bolt set. PRE-DRILLED PINE WOOD. Our bed wood kits are all made of the finest wood available, we like to make sure that you will be satisfied. These wood kits have been heat dried in order to reduce the amount of moisture retained in them, making them less likely to separate or disfigure after your installation. Our wood kits are perfectly machined to make sure that they are easy to install. All pieces are 3/4" thick assembled using hand-matched Southern Yellow Pine wood. Hand matching guarantees that the grain and color doesn™t vary from board to board. BROTHERS recommends finishing your new wood kit soon after receiving it, in order for the wood to last longer and stay looking fresh. NOTE: In this specially priced kit you will receive a PRE-DRILLED wood set. This means your set will have the countersunk offset washer holes drilled when you get it, this will save you an incredible amount of time and labor. BROTHERS normally offers pre-drilled holes for an additional $30.00 per set, but in this specially priced set the pre-drilled holes are included. PRE-PUNCHED STEEL BED STRIPS These are the metal strips that run between each of the bed boards. They are made from high-quality mild steel. All of our bed strips are 1 1/2" wide and 18 gauge thick. BROTHERS strips are pre-punched with square holes, to save you time and effort. It also makes installation a lot easier! All of BROTHERS bed strips included in these specially priced kits are in complete sets. BED BOLT KIT - ZINC COATEDBROTHERS bed bolt kits come complete with all nuts, bolts and washers necessary to install your bed wood, bed strips, angle strips and mount your bed to the frame. The bolts contained in our kits are just as originals and have the square top shank to properly fit into the square holes in the bed strips.
