The BDS 4-Inch Suspension Lift Kit with 2-Inch Rear Leaf Springs and NX2 Nitro Shocks provides a comprehensive upgrade for your 1980-1996 Ford F-100 or F-150 4WD regular cab truck with power steering. It raises the vehicle’s stance by 4 inches in the front and 2 inches in the rear, allowing for larger tires up to 33 inches and improved off-road capability while maintaining ride quality and vehicle control.

      Construction and Appearance. This kit features vehicle-specific Pro-Ride dual rate coil springs engineered for smooth terrain response, heavy-duty forged pitman arms for precise steering correction, and durable cast iron rear lift blocks designed to maintain correct pinion angle and level stance. Included nitrided NX2 shocks with custom valving enhance suspension control and durability.

      Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill and takes approximately six hours to complete. Some drilling and specialty tools, such as an air hammer and jack stands, are recommended to ensure proper fitment. Front end alignment is required after installation, and extended brake lines are necessary for lifts between 4 to 6 inches.
