Application. This carburetor is legal for sale and use only on uncontrolled, non-emissions-controlled vehicles. It must not be installed on emissions-controlled vehicles, including U.S. certified vehicles from 1966 or newer California and 1968 or newer federally certified or foreign-manufactured vehicles.
