The Wilwood 1988-1998 Chevy-GMC C1500 Wilwood AERO6 Front Brake Kit, 5 Lug-6 Piston Black Calipers, 14.25 Rotors-With ABS is designed to deliver superior stopping power for demanding applications. Ideal for towing, off-road, and enhanced braking needs, this kit improves braking capability while maintaining compatibility with factory ABS and master cylinder output.

      Construction and Appearance. This kit features 6-piston AERO6 calipers finished in a durable black powder coat and large 14-inch GT slotted rotors made from Spec-37 iron with a black electro-coat finish. The aluminum rotor hats feature a flared bell design with a black E-Coat finish, complemented by bare aluminum hubs, combining strength and corrosion resistance with a sleek appearance.

      Installation. Installation requires Wilwood’s one-piece iron Pro drop spindles and is designed for radial mounting. No drilling or major modifications are necessary, providing a straightforward upgrade path for compatible trucks.

      Application. Engineered to fit 1988 through 1998 Chevrolet and GMC C1500 and C2500 trucks equipped with Wilwood’s proprietary drop spindles, this kit does not fit stock spindles and is intended for heavy-duty use.
