Rear Coilover Conversion Kit with soft springs for 1963-1977 C2 & C3 Corvette. Are you satisfied with how your classic Corvette feels in a tight corner? Does it seem kind of loose and drifty? This Shark Bite Coilover Kit will make your C2 or C3 substantially more responsive, offering a smooth ride with great handling, unlike other bouncy rear suspension conversions.
This kit converts your C2 or C3 to truly independent rear suspension – no more of the coupling from left to right you get from the factory multi-leaf or aftermarket monoleaf springs. Shark Bite kits load the same location on the vehicle as the factory spring loads. Featuring race inspired rocker arm design, and works with factory exhaust and factory spare tire. Choice of Soft, Medium or Hard springs in this kit offers rates from high performance with drivability and street driving tuning to full race. The silver anodized shocks are cutting edge race design with velocity sensitive valving.
Whether you have a full time race car or a street car, these shocks will provide the best performance and ride quality available. Double adjustable shocks allow for easy ride height changes without the need to disassemble the suspension. They also allow you to adjust the individual loads on each corner of the car for better, more balanced handling. Double adjustable shocks allow for independent rebound and compression adjustments using two dials, unlike many other adjustable shocks. All shocks have 4 inches of total ride height adjustment, 2" up & 2" down, and are constructed of aluminum for lighter weight and better heat transfer. The shocks are completely rebuildable, making them lifetime components.
Entirely Bolt-on, no cutting, drilling or welding is required. Installs with hand tools. Comes complete with Double Adjustable Coilover Shocks, Spanner Wrench, all necessary Hardware and Installation Instructions. Made In The USA, Three Year Warranty.
