Description
Reliable Reproduction for Exhaust Cover Restoration. The OPR Side Exhaust Covers (Fiberglass) are an ideal replacement for old or damaged OE exhaust covers. These covers are precisely trimmed and reinforced, ensuring a durable, original-quality reproduction. They're perfect for anyone restoring or repairing a 1963-1967 Chevrolet Corvette model.
Construction and Appearance. These exhaust covers are made with premium fiberglass, utilizing heavily reinforced molds cured for 24 hours. The construction process involves a durable hand-rolled method, ensuring no bubbles or waves, and they are adapted from original GM panels. Each cover is constructed using top-grade resins, featuring a 3-layered 3.5 oz mat and finished with a 21 mil soft sanding gel coat for a smooth finish.
Installation. These covers are direct bolt-on installations but require fitting, trimming, shimming, and some special finishing to ensure a perfect fit for your Corvette.

OPR offers our valued customers the following Limited Warranty on all OPR product purchased after September 1st, 2026.
What is Covered
Subject to the terms, exclusions and limitations herein, and with respect only to products first sold in the United States, OPR warrants that its products shall be free of manufacturing defects for five (5) years from the date of initial retail purchase when the OPR product is installed and used on purchaser's vehicle according to supplied product installation instructions and/or warnings. This Limited Warranty is made only with respect to the initial purchaser and is not transferrable. OPR reserves the right to require proof of purchase as a condition of this Limited Warranty and to make future revisions to this product or its Limited Warranty without obligation to provide notice of same to purchaser or to conform existing product to future revisions. Any change to this warranty made after purchase may be applied retroactively at the sole discretion of OPR.
What is Not Covered
Your OPR Limited Warranty does not cover damage or claims to any component, vehicle, or person other than the OPR product purchased. Your Limited Warranty is expressly limited to replacement of the item itself shall OPR determine item was not free of defect. As such, this Limited Warranty does not cover damage or claims to any component, vehicle, or person OPR determines to have been damaged by or subjected to:
- Installation damage, collision damage, alteration, modification, misuse or failure to maintain.
- Damage in any part attributable to:
- vehicle systems or components or
- combination with non-OPR products.
- Normal wear and tear/product deterioration.
- Theft, vandalism or other negligent or intentional damage.
Remedy Limited to Repair/Replacement:
The exclusive remedy provided for products covered under this Limited Warranty shall be, upon OPR's inspection and at OPR's option, either repair or replacement of product or parts (new or refurbished). Any parts repaired or replaced will be considered part of the original product and will not extend the term of Limited Warranty. Customers requesting warranty consideration should first contact the independent distributor selling your product to obtain a Returned Goods Authorization number. All removal, shipping, and installation costs are customer's responsibility. If a replacement part is needed before your part can be returned, you must first purchase the replacement part. Then, if OPR determines the part warrantable, you will be credited the purchase price of that part.
This warranty is the only warranty made in connection with the purchase of this product. OPR neither assumes nor authorizes any manufacturer, vendor, retailer, other person or entity to assume for it any other obligation or liability in connection with its products or this Limited Warranty.
Other Limitations - Exclusion of Damages - Your Rights Under State Law:
- In consideration of the purchase price paid, neither OPR nor any independent distributor are responsible for any loss of use or time, rental costs, or for any incidental, consequential, punitive or other damages (whether arising in tort or contract) you may have or incur in connection with your vehicle, or your OPR product. Your exclusive remedy hereunder is repair/replacement of the item itself or refund as described above at OPR's option. All implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed or limited to the extent allowed under your jurisdiction.
