    NOTE: Additional Parts Changes Required with The 1958-1964 "605" Steering Box Conversion

  • If you have a 1958-1962 Chevy with power steering and want to use this kit for the more modern power steering pump:

    • You will need to change the center drag link to a 1958 -1962 standard steering drag link P/N 40-165406-1 or 40-2457661-1
  • If you have a 1963-1964 Chevy with power steering and want to use this kit for the more modern power steering pump:

    • You will need a 1963-1964 standard steering pitman arm P/N 40-139850-1 and a standard steering drag link P/N 40-248177-1
  • If you have Air Conditioning:
    You will need a double groove balancer pulley P/N 40-169453-1, 3rd track power st
