Description
The hardtop / convertible cars have a special set of renforcement brackets near the rear door post consisting of a series of braces and reinforcement brackets and connector plates, that are used to stiffen the body when the roof is removed.
This door post renforcment plate is part of that series of body panels.
This renforcement plate is welded to the top of the rear floor pan, the rear door post and the door post cross connector channel.
Made in Michigan, usa from heavy 11 gage (.125) steel. Same as original
