    Description

    There were two possibilities in 1950 for the position of the tailgate chain bracket on the tailgate - 'top of the roll' or 'below the roll' - the 'roll' being the top of the tailgate. This tailgate has the bracket below the roll. Please see our related listing for the 'top of the roll' tailgates used from 1948-1950.

    This tailgate fits the 6-1/2 foot short bed only.


    1950-1952 Ford Truck tailgate is a direct replacement for the bent or rusty original.
