    Description

    The 500 Serie Power Steering Kit for your classic Chevrolet truck is truly the best of its kind. This direct replacement for the 1969-76 factory power steering box is an easy way to upgrade from manual steering to power steering on your 1947-59 Chevy truck. The smaller size steering box gives better tire to box clearance and the 14 to 1 ratio adds a new dimension of handling, smooth operation and excellent road feedback. It uses a 3/4"-30 rag joint or u-joint, and has the popular 7/16 tube size (11/16-18 inverted flare) pressure and 3/8 tube size (5/8-18 inverted flare) return port fittings. Kit includes power steering box, bracket kit to adapt to your frame, power steering pump, small block Chevy pump mounting bracket, power steering hoses and custom pitman arm.
