The BBK GM Truck/SUV BBK 5.0/5.7L 1-5/8 Ceramic Shorty Tuned Length Exhaust Headers, 1996-1999 improve exhaust flow and increase horsepower and torque for enhanced engine performance. Designed as a direct bolt-on upgrade, these headers optimize exhaust emissions and deliver a deeper, more aggressive exhaust note.

      Construction and Appearance. Manufactured from 16 gauge CNC mandrel bent steel tubing with 3/8 inch thick flanges, the headers feature a polished silver ceramic coating that reduces under-hood temperatures while providing a durable, attractive finish.
