Precision-engineered from high-quality materials, this steering column features robust 2-inch diameter tubes and a polished chrome finish for durability and aesthetic appeal. All components are designed to align perfectly with GM passenger car standards from 1969 to 1994.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and does not require drilling or extensive modifications, utilizing the original under dash and floor mounts. This retrofit column requires minimal mechanical skill, ensuring a smooth upgrade process.
Application. Specifically engineered to fit 1969-72 El Camino and 1971-72 Sprint models, this column excludes provisions for an OEM Neutral Safety Switch or gear shift indicator. Alternate methods are necessary for neutral safety system integration.
