    Description

    Chassis Reinforcement Upgrade. The Frame Stiffener strengthens your truck’s chassis by reducing frame flex and twisting, significantly improving handling and stability. It is designed to enhance your driving experience by providing a stiffer and more responsive frame, ideal for both daily driving and heavy-duty use.

    Construction and Appearance. Built from 3/16-inch thick high-grade steel, this frame stiffener features precision-cut boxing plates and a durable finish designed to withstand the stresses of aggressive driving. The heavy-duty steel components ensure long-lasting performance and resistance to wear.

    Installation. Installation is straightforward and requires no welding, as the kit uses existing factory holes for a true bolt-in fit. This bolt-in design simplifies the process and reduces install time without compromising strength. Note that the factory fuel tank must be relocated to the rear of the truck to accommodate this upgrade.

    Application. Specifically engineered to fit 88-98 C1500, C2500, C3500, K1500, K2500, and K3500 models equipped with a 6.50-foot standard box.
