Description
This Chevy tubular transmission crossmember kit may be used to install any automatic or standard shift transmission. Its tubular design is superior in strength and appearance and is lighter than square tube crossmembers. Installation is as easy as mounting the engine, raising the transmission tailshaft to the proper height, attaching the crossmember to the transmission, mark the holes, drill and install! Our Chevy transmission crossmember kit comes complete with all mounting hardware and brackets. It is ideal for use with engine side mounts P/N 18-02. It may be used on all body styles and frame types except convertibles. Be sure to select the proper rear tailshaft mount to attach the crossmember to the transmission; P/N 19-18, 19-26 or 519085.
