Superior Noise Control. The Boom Mat Vibration Dampening Material; 6 Sheets is designed to eliminate noise, vibrations, squeaks, and rattles caused by roads, stereos, and engines. It effectively reduces interior panel noise by trapping unwanted sound waves between its dense 4 mil thick aluminum top skin and an asphalt-free pure butyl damping layer, enhancing the overall driving experience.

Construction and Appearance. This damping material combines a durable 2mm thick sheet with a smooth and flexible metallic finish, ensuring both rigidity and noise dampening properties while maintaining ease of application.

Installation. Installation is straightforward with minimal preparation required. The material features an easy peel plastic release liner, and no drilling or special tools are needed, making it suitable for application on a variety of interior surfaces, including vertical and overhead areas.

Fitment and Application. Provided as six sheets measuring 24 inches by 12-1/2 inches each, this damping material covers a total of approximately 12 square feet.
