Construction and Appearance. Constructed from high-grade 6061 T-6 aluminum, the tie rods feature fully machined sleeves with a black e-coated finish for enhanced corrosion resistance. Each kit incorporates a Teflon-lined 5/8” heim joint with a heat-treated 4140 steel tapered pin, ensuring durability and fitment without the need for spindle modifications.
Installation. Installation is straightforward, requiring no spindle modifications, and includes all necessary mounting hardware. This kit offers a bolt-on upgrade suitable for users with manual steering and stock spindles, facilitating a smooth and precise installation process.
