The Aeromotive PressureWorx Ally Controller for KPM1500 Fuel Pump Modules provides a sophisticated electronic control solution optimized for dual high-power fuel pumps in modern vehicles. It complements OEM Fuel System Control Modules by managing the second pump’s power via pulse width modulation, significantly reducing electrical load and fuel temperature while ensuring efficient, reliable fuel delivery under various operating conditions.
_x000D__x000D_Construction and Appearance. The controller features a compact, robust design using high-quality cross-linked polyethylene wiring and UL94 rated components for durability and safety. It employs OEM-style Delphi/Aptiv connectors for secure and reliable electrical connections, with an intelligent electronic control circuit rated for continuous 60A current. Safety features include over-temperature shutdown with automatic reset and short circuit protection, ensuring long-term reliable operation.
