The Aeromotive FourX Return-Type Fuel Control System for 3 to 4-Pump Systems is a sophisticated pulse width modulation (PWM) controller designed to efficiently regulate speed and power of up to four high-performance brushed fuel pumps. It optimizes fuel delivery by reducing pump power at low demand, minimizing heat generation, and preventing vapor lock conditions common in high horsepower forced induction applications.

    Robust Construction. The system is built with durable cross-linked polyethylene wiring and UL94 rated components, featuring OEM-grade Delphi/Aptiv connectors for reliable and secure electrical connections. The compact controller housing supports a continuous 110A load and integrates a stand-alone MAP sensor to precisely control pump speed based on manifold pressure feedback.

    Installation. Installation is straightforward, accommodating a range of two to four pump setups without the need for relays or Hobb’s switches. It requires no special drilling and can be integrated easily within standard return-type fuel system plumbing.
