      Description

      Performance Intake Manifold. The Rectangular Port RPM Air-Gap Manifold-Big Block delivers enhanced airflow and cooler air/fuel charge for improved combustion efficiency and horsepower. It is engineered to maximize power output on large displacement Chevrolet big-block engines equipped with high-performance rectangular port cylinder heads. This manifold is ideal for street and competition engines running at high RPM levels up to 6500.

      Construction and Appearance. Crafted from high-quality aluminum, this intake manifold features a naturally finished satin surface for a classic look. Each unit is precisely cast and machined to uphold rigorous quality standards, ensuring compatibility and durability in demanding automotive environments.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward with no need for drilling, provided proper gasket and sealant usage guidelines are followed. Users should apply RTV silicone sealant to seal end areas as standard end seal gaskets are not recommended.

      Warranty. This intake manifold is backed by a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.

      Application. Specifically designed to fit the Chevrolet Big-Block Mark IV engines sized from 396 to 502 cubic inches. Note that it does not fit under the stock hood of Corvette models from 1964-67, Chevelle models from 1964-67, or Camaro models from 1967-81 due to height clearance limitations.
