The Scott Drake 1965-68 Mustang Tri-Y Exhaust Header, compatible with 260, 289, and 302 small block Ford engines, provides a precise fit and enhanced durability for classic Ford Mustang applications. Designed to optimize exhaust flow, it improves engine efficiency and power while maintaining OEM-style installation. This header is an ideal upgrade for enthusiasts seeking reliable performance improvements without emissions controls.

Construction and Appearance. Crafted from 16 gauge steel with miter cut tubes, these headers feature extra thick .250" flanges and precision MIG welding for leak-free sealing. The industrial nickel plating adds corrosion resistance and a professional finish, ensuring longevity under demanding conditions.

Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill and may necessitate a power steering adapter for clearance. No drilling is typically required; however, minor bellhousing modifications may be needed on vehicles equipped with the larger 164 tooth flywheel bellhousing.

Application. Specifically designed to fit 1965 through 1968 Ford Mustangs equipped with 260, 289, or 302 small block engines. Not compatible with vehicles requiring emissions-controlled parts or newer model-year applications.
