Description
Performance Exhaust System. The Scott Drake 64-69 Ford Mustang, V8 Turbo Exhaust Sys 225 - No H-Pipe is designed to restore the original factory exhaust flow and sound for classic Mustangs. This system enhances the engine’s exhaust efficiency and delivers a moderate to aggressive exhaust note, preserving the authentic driving experience of vintage Mustangs equipped with V8 engines.
Construction and Appearance. Constructed with heavy gauge aluminized steel, the system is compression bent to match original factory bends for an authentic and concours correct look. It features a natural finish with zinc surface protection to resist early rust and maintain durability over time. Mufflers and resonators are included; mufflers come with factory-correct brackets when needed for proper fitment, although the system does not include additional mounting brackets or hangers.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with all required clamps included. The correct bends ensure a trouble-free fit and maintain factory-style routing and appearance standards.
Application. This exhaust system is specifically designed for 1964 through 1969 Ford Mustang V8 models and is intended for use on non-emissions controlled vehicles due to emission regulations.
