1963-1972 Chevy-GMC Truck Hooker Header Back Dual Exhaust System Without Mufflers, 2WD Longbed-Small Block

Performance Exhaust System. This Hooker header-back exhaust system is designed to improve engine efficiency by reducing exhaust backpressure. It is intended for use with designated Hooker headers and delivers improved exhaust flow and performance gains for compatible vehicles.

Construction and Appearance. Constructed from 2.25-inch, 16-gauge aluminized steel tubing, the system is mandrel bent to maintain smooth bends and avoid flow restrictions. The aluminized finish provides corrosion resistance and durability for lasting performance in a pipe-only, no muffler design.

Installation. Installation is straightforward with included hardware and instructions. No cutting or drilling is typically required when installed with the corresponding headers, simplifying the upgrade process.

Application. Designed to fit long wheelbase 1963-1972 1/2-, 3/4-, and 1-ton 2WD trucks, and 1969-1972 Chevy and GMC Blazer, Suburban, Carryall, Yukon, and 1-ton Crew Cab 2WD models with engines ranging from 265 to 400 cubic inches. This system is not compatible with vehicles equipped with stock manifolds that exit straight down and should be used in conjunction with the specified header application.
