These gaskets are made from dead soft solid copper .043 inch thick and feature a .051 inch embossment around each port to accommodate and seal minor surface imperfections.       Installation. Installation of these gaskets is straightforward with no drilling required, making them easy to remove during disassembly. They are designed for a precise fit to the Gen I Chevy Small Block with round ports.
