      Premium Copper Gasket. The Mr. Gasket 1955-1991 Copper Header Gaskets GEN 1 262-400 w/Rectangular Ports are designed to provide a reliable, reusable seal for exhaust headers. Constructed from dead soft solid copper, these gaskets feature a .043" thick copper base with a raised embossment of .051" around each port to effectively seal irregular surfaces.       Installation. Installation is straightforward without the need for drilling, compatible with stock heads unless otherwise noted. The reusable design allows for easy removal and reinstallation during maintenance or performance upgrades.
