Power Steering Conversion Delphi 600 For 1955-1957 Chevy transforms your manual steering into power steering for easier driving. This conversion box fits 1955-1957 Chevy full size cars and uses remanufactured Delphi 600 series components.

The unit features 18mm Double-D input shaft and 12.7:1 gear ratio for good steering feel.

You will need to modify your steering column during installation, so check the product instructions before starting.

This steering box is assembled and checked in the USA from worldwide parts and comes with 3 year warranty coverage.

Installation requires mechanical knowledge and proper hydraulic fittings for your power steering system.

Will not fit cars with 3-speed column shift manual transmission.

• Input Shaft: 18mm DD, 18mm Round shaft with two flat sides
• Pitman Shaft: 1-1/8" GM with 32 Splines and 4 Master Splines
• Pressure Port: M18 X 1.5 O-Ring or 11/16"-18 Flare, if using included flare inserts
• Return Port: M16 X 1.5 O-Ring or 5/8"-18 Flare, if using included flare inserts
• Maximum Pressure: 1450 PSI Maximum Operating Pressure, 1100-1250 Optimal
• Flow Rate: 2.5-3.0 GPM Flow Rate Recommended
