Designed as a direct bolt-on to update the standard stamped factory hinge and spring assembly, the hinges are precision CNC-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum in the USA. To ensure smooth operation, bearings are incorporated at critical pivot points and stainless steel nitrogen gas struts are included for dampening.
