Description
Over the years, these 1959 El Camino radiator core support bushing fatigued from gravity and environmental pressures bringing back those annoying squeaks and noise so common in the past. Before 1965, El Caminos used paper shims from the factory to isolate the core support from the frame. These paper shims, which were the standard all 1959 El Caminos, typically wore out quickly leading to squeaks and noise from vibrations. Replacement of these 1959 B-Body El Camino radiator core support bushing can be done with minimal mechanical knowledge and basic tools in an afternoon.
