While lap belts are good, our 3-point retractable harnesses kit from Morris Classic Concepts complete with hardware and instructions is the best system you can install. Each pair of front 3-point seat belts will bolt into all existing factory holes in your 1968-73 Chevelle and comes complete with hardware and instructions . The brackets that bolt into the floor are made out of stainless steel and are e-coated black.
