      Description

      Complete EFI Induction System. The FiTech Fuel Injection Ultimate LS1/LS2/LS6 500HP Intake Manifold Kit with 92mm Throttle Body and Transmission Control is a self-learning, comprehensive EFI solution designed to simplify upgrading or retrofitting LS engines. This kit combines EFI fuel injection and transmission control to enhance engine management and drivability for a broad range of LS-based Chevrolet engines, making it ideal for both enthusiasts and professional tuners.

      Construction and Appearance. The intake manifold is constructed from 3mm thick aluminum sheet metal and TIG welded for strength and durability. It features a low-profile design with a black anodized finish for corrosion resistance and an attractive look. A 92mm billet aluminum throttle body with a cast aluminum black finish is included, mounted at a 7-degree angle for optimal airflow and fitment.

      Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical experience but does not require permanent modifications such as drilling. The system features plug-and-play wiring harnesses and sub harnesses to facilitate straightforward connections, including integration with GM electronically controlled automatic transmissions.

      Warranty. This product comes with a 3-year limited warranty for purchaser protection.

      Application. Designed to fit LS1, LS2, LS6 engines with cathedral port heads and supports GM 4L60, 4L65, 4L80, and 4L85 electronically controlled automatic transmissions. Suitable for retrofit installations on vehicles without CARB emission compliance, this kit supports engines producing up to 500 horsepower within a 1500-6500 rpm power band.
