This versatile product is suitable for multiple vehicle compartments where heat and noise reduction are needed.
_x000D__x000D_Construction and Appearance. The mat features resin-bonded silica blanketing insulation sandwiched between a reflective Foil Skrim Kraft facing and a foil layer. The FSK facing acts as a vapor and radiant barrier, while the foil disperses heat evenly across the surface. The silica blanketing is a dual-density composite designed to maximize sound dampening. The overall thickness is approximately half an inch, and the mat has a reflective metallic finish.
