    Description

    Engine mounts are a vital part of your 1968, 1969, 1970, 1971 or 1972 Nova's drivetrain. Unfortunately, they seem to fall victim to the out of sight, out of mind philosophy. Motor mounts in good condition isolate the chassis form vibrations and hold the engine securely in place during acceleration reducing the loss of torque and power. Original mounts are most commonly a sandwich design utilizing a rubber between steel plates. Lifting force on acceleration can cause the cushion to rip.
