The Accelerator Rod Thru Firewall Assembly, without chrome pedal trim, for all V8 engines is a fully assembled unit designed to replace or upgrade the pedal linkage system. It transfers the driver's pedal input through the firewall to the throttle, ensuring responsive engine acceleration. This assembly is essential for maintaining proper throttle control and vehicle performance.

      Construction and Appearance. Manufactured from drop forged and heat treated steel, the assembly includes a thermo-plastic support and a plastic gas pedal pad for durability and comfort. The components feature a robust design with corrosion-resistant finishes, providing longevity and preserving the classic under-hood appearance.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward, requiring no complex modifications or drilling on vehicles originally equipped without cowl induction setups. The assembly fits directly into the factory mounting locations for a secure and hassle-free fit.

      Application. This assembly is specifically designed for 69-72 Nova models with all V8 engines and without cable accelerator setups. It is not compatible with vehicles equipped with cowl induction systems.
