      Description

The Briggs Body Company supplied Ford with bodies for numerous Model A styles throughout production. They attached body number tags in two different styles; stripe and frame. This version has a brass plate. As the name implies the stripe style has painted panels above and below the natural colored numeral field, while the frame style completely bordered this area. These accurate reproductions are intended to replace originals which would detract from your restoration. Local engravers can typically recreate the style of the body number from original tags and engrave these new tags for minimal cost. Trust MAC's to help you find what you need to finish your project the way you want it.
