It provides short, accurate gear throws that enhance shifting feel and help reduce transmission wear, ideal for enthusiasts seeking authentic performance and durability in classic cars.

      Construction and Appearance. Crafted from chrome-plated steel with a white high-strength plastic knob, this shifter maintains a timeless aesthetic that complements classic interiors. It is built using the original tooling designs and material specifications that have been trusted for over five decades, combining rugged construction with vintage style to meet original equipment standards.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward and requires no modifications to OEM consoles, allowing for easy restoration and upgrade. The shifter bolts directly into compatible transmissions, but installation kits are sold separately to complete the setup.

      Warranty. Comes with a lifetime limited warranty ensuring long-term performance and customer confidence.

      Application. This shifter fits many 1959–1967 GM and Studebaker applications, including 1964–1967 Chevrolet El Camino models equipped with or without console and Muncie (451) transmissions. It also fits 1960 El Camino models equipped with Borg Warner T-10 (410) transmissions only if bucket seats are present. Not compatible with other models or configurations outside these specifications.
