      Construction and Appearance. The kit features a hollow 1-1/2 inch diameter splined sway bar made from heat-treated 4130 alloy steel for superior strength and durability. It is mounted with black hardcoated 6061-T6 billet aluminum pillow blocks paired with Delrin™ bushings for reduced friction and extended service life. The sway bar arms are constructed from 3/4 inch thick solid steel and finished with a black powdercoat for corrosion resistance and a high-quality appearance.

      Installation. Designed for straightforward installation, this sway bar is a direct bolt-on for 1968-72 A-body vehicles. For 1964-66 A-body models, drilling and tapping of the existing sway bar mounting holes up to 3/8 inch is required, which may involve moderate mechanical skill and appropriate tools.
