      Description

      Proven Performance Intake. The Edelbrock Rectangular Port RPM Air-Gap Manifold-Big Block is engineered for street and competition use on 396-502 c.i.d. Chevrolet big-block V8 engines. It enhances power by keeping the air/fuel mixture cooler via its unique air-gap design, providing denser charges for improved combustion efficiency and higher horsepower at elevated RPMs.

      Construction and Appearance. Crafted from high-quality aluminum, this intake manifold features a natural satin aluminum finish that offers durability and a classic look. Each piece is cast and machined in the USA, ensuring precision and quality consistent with performance standards.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward, requiring no drilling when replacing OEM manifolds. Proper sealing with RTV silicone is necessary for end seals, and hardened washers must be used with intake bolts to prevent galling and ensure secure fastening. Recommended intake gaskets must be used for installation.

      Warranty. This product includes a 12-month limited warranty. Application. Fits 64-67 Malibu and 64-69 Chevelle; however, it will not fit under the stock hoods of the Corvette, 1964-67 Chevelle, or 1967-81 Camaro due to manifold height and clearance limitations.
