      This exact reproduction gas tank sending unit fits all 1955-57 Chevy passenger cars except wagons and dual four/fuel injection cars. Almost all original gas tank sending units are non-functional or leak. This brand new Chevy gas tank sending unit includes all new electronics, float, fuel pick-up, sealing gasket and filter strainer. Rated at 0 to 30 Ohms just like the original Chevy unit for a correct gauge reading. The 5/16" line size was used on all V8 4-barrel, 2-barrel and 6-cylinder classic Chevys except wagons. Fix your inoperative or unreliable gas gauge reading with one of our brand new Chevy gas tank sending units!
