Premium Replacement Panel. The 1969 Chevelle Door Skin for the left-hand side restores the original outer door panel design to replace a worn or damaged door skin while preserving the original door frame and internal components. It is ideal for addressing rust, dents, or collision damage without needing to replace the entire door assembly, maintaining the vehicle’s authentic fit and finish during restoration or repair.

Construction and Appearance. This door skin is manufactured using heavy-gauge stamped automotive steel precisely matching the original GM factory contours and dimensions. It features a black electro deposit primer coating to provide excellent corrosion resistance and is prepared to accept further bodywork, primer, and paint to blend seamlessly with the vehicle’s finish.

Installation. The door skin installs by welding directly to the original door shell. This requires standard welding skills and basic metalworking tools. No additional drilling or fabrication beyond welding is necessary for a proper fit and secure attachment.

Application. Specifically engineered to fit 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle two-door hardtop and convertible models only. This panel does not fit 1969 Chevelle sedan or four-door variants.
