      Description

      Premium Brake Upgrade. The 8-Inch Dual Power Brake Booster with 1-Inch Dual Bore Flat Top Master Cylinder and Side Mount Disc/Drum Valve; Chrome Finish enhances braking efficiency by providing power assist to reduce pedal effort. It is designed to convert manual brake systems to power brakes, improving safety and driver comfort during vehicle operation. The inclusion of a proportioning valve tailors brake pressure for front disc and rear drum setups.

      Construction and Appearance. This kit features a steel 8-inch dual diaphragm power brake booster that is hand polished and finished in chrome for a durable and polished look. The master cylinder and reservoir are crafted from aluminum with a chrome finish, ensuring corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal in the engine compartment.

      Installation. The booster mounting brackets provide a direct bolt-on fit to the original firewall, allowing straightforward installation without drilling. Designed for ease of installation, this kit accommodates existing mounting points and original hardware to simplify the process.

      Application. Fits the 57-59 Ranchero and is intended to convert manual brake systems to power-assisted braking. This kit is not for vehicles with existing factory power brakes, which require a separate upgrade kit.
